This 9lb Brown Trout was caught with a Copper Hammered 35 in early July while lead core trolling one of NYC Reservoirs. We were in 100 feet of water, and fish were hitting at 28 feet in 52 degrees water. The strikes were coming after long sweeping turns as we picked up speed on the straight away. All fish were caught just after sunrise on a mix of Elmer Hinckley’s but the copper 35 was producing the best that day.
